The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on our website www.selinakeerfashion.me. Products purchased on www.selinakeerfashion.me are directly sold by SIA “SK Fashion Group” (Seller) with a registered office in Latvia at the address: Mednieku 19, Ogre, LV-5001, company registration number 50203171871 and VAT number 50203171871, (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”, “We” or “Us”). Information requests should be directed through our Customer Service.

1. Our business policy

 

1.1 The Seller offers goods for sale on the www.selinakeerfashion.me website and his e-commerce business services are available exclusively to his end users, ie “Consumers”.

1.2 “Consumer” means any natural person who acts for purposes outside of his or her trade, business or profession. If you are not a Consumer, do not buy products on www.selinakeerfashion.me.

1.3 The Seller reserves the right not to process orders received from users who are not “Consumers”, as well as any other orders that do not comply with the Seller’s business policy.

1.4 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively govern the offer, transfer and acceptance of orders for the purchase of products on the www.selinakeerfashion.me website between the users of the www.selinakeerfashion.me website and the Seller.

1.5 The General Terms and Conditions of Sale do not govern the provision of services or the sale of products by third parties that are located on www.selinakeerfashion.me through links, banners or other hypertext links. Before submitting orders and purchasing products and services from these third parties, we recommend that you check the terms and conditions of the third party, as the Supplier is under no circumstances responsible for the provision of services provided by third parties or for the execution of electronic commerce transactions between users of www. selinakeerfashion.me and third parties.

 

2. How to conclude an agreement with the seller

 

2.1 To place an order for the purchase of one or more products on the www.selinakeerfashion.me website, you must complete an online order form and send it electronically to the Seller following the relevant instructions.

2.2 The order form contains a summary of these General Conditions of Sale, information about the main characteristics of each product ordered and the corresponding unit price (including all applicable fees and taxes), the type of payment you can use to purchase each product, the terms of delivery of the products purchased, and the cost delivery

2.3 The order is considered to be sent when the Seller receives your order form electronically and the order information has been checked for correctness.

2.4 The order form will be stored in our database for the time necessary to process your order and in accordance with the law. You can access the order form by clicking the “Order” section in the “My Account” area.

2.5 Before submitting the order form, you will be prompted to identify and correct possible input errors.

2.6. Latvian, English, Russian, German, Italian, French and Hebrew are the languages ​​in which the contracts with the Seller are concluded.

2.7 After your order form has been submitted, the Seller will process your order.

2.8 The seller cannot process purchases when there are insufficient guarantees of solvency, when orders are incomplete or incorrect, or products are no longer available. In the above cases, we will inform you by email that the contract was not concluded and that the Seller did not fulfill your purchase order, stating its reasons. If the products featured on www.selinakeerfashion.me are no longer available during of your last access and after the Seller received your order form, the Seller will inform you of the unavailability of the ordered products within seven (7) days from the moment the next day after the Seller received your order. If the order form has been submitted and a price has been paid for items that are no longer in stock, the Seller will refund the amount paid for those items.

2.9 By submitting the order form and entering into an agreement with the Seller, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by the provisions of these General Conditions of Sale. If you do not agree with some of the provisions of these Terms of Sale, please do not submit an order form to purchase items on www.selinakeerfashion.me.

2.10 By submitting the order form, you agree and accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the additional terms and conditions contained on the www.selinakeerfashion.me website, even through links including the General Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

2.11 After submitting the order form, the Seller will send you an order receipt email containing a summary of the information pertaining to the order form.

2.12. www.selinakeerfashion.me does not authorize the purchase of Selina Keer brand products for resale. Customers cannot place orders containing more than 5 items in one order and no more than 1 size from 1 model.

 

3. Warranties and indication of prices for products

 

3.1 The seller does not sell used goods, goods with defects or goods of inferior quality than the relevant market standards.

3.2 The main characteristics of the goods are indicated on the website www.selinakeerfashion.me on each product page. Products offered for sale on www.selinakeerfashion.me may not exactly match actual garments in terms of image and color due to the internet browser or monitor used.

3.3 Prices are subject to change. Check the final selling price before submitting the appropriate order form. All prices include VAT.

3.4 Orders made from a website in a country other than the one to which you are sending, or to addresses to which the Supplier cannot ship, will be automatically canceled.

 

4. For non-EU customers only – customs duties and import charges.

 

4.1 Once a package arrives in the country of destination, it may be subject to customs or import duties. These fees must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. The seller has no control over these fees and cannot tell you what the costs will be as customs policies and import duties vary greatly from country to country. We recommend that you check with your local customs office for current costs and customs policies in your country before placing an order.

4.2 The product prices and shipping charges you pay to Us do not include customs duties, import taxes or commission fees.

4.3 If your order is returned, the taxes and duties paid will not be refunded – if you have received your order and agreed to pay customs duties on delivery, the Seller will not refund you the cost of the customs duties if you choose to return your items.

4.4 Customs procedures may delay the delivery of your order. In the event of such a delay, please contact your local customs office. An individual invoice may be delivered later than the order itself.

 

5. Payments

 

5.1 Payment for product prices and associated shipping and handling costs must be made using one of the procedures specified on the order form.

5.2 In case of payment by credit / debit card, all data (for example, card number or expiration date) will be sent via an encrypted protocol to the remote electronic payment service of AS Citadele Banka or SEB Banka without any access to them by third parties. Such data will not be used by the Seller, except to carry out the procedure related to your purchase, or to refund funds in the event of a refund in accordance with the exercise of your right of return, or to report cases of fraud to the police. The purchase price of the products and the associated shipping and handling costs indicated on the order form will be charged to your checking account the next day.

 

6. Delivery and delivery of goods.

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

 

9. Corrections and Updates.

 

The terms of sale may change from time to time due to new laws and regulations or for other reasons. The new Terms of Sale come into effect on the date of publication on the website www.selinakeerfashion.me.

10. Final provisions

10.1. These Regulations have been established in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
10.2. These Terms and the relations between the Parties in connection with these Terms shall be applied and interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in the Republic of Latvia.
10.3. All disputes arising from the implementation of these Terms and Conditions shall be settled through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. ”
